Delete your TripNow account

This page lets TripNow website and Android app users delete an account without using the app.

This cannot be undone.

You will lose access to saved tours, linked trips, invoices and files in My Trips. Account deletion does not cancel an active booking.

What is deleted?

Your account profile, login sessions, saved tours and links between the account and trips/invoices are deleted immediately.

What may be retained?

Trip, passenger, booking, invoice, payment and audit records may be retained separately when needed for an active booking, fraud/dispute handling, or applicable tax, accounting and legal requirements. They will no longer be accessible through the deleted account. See the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in, email info@tripnow.ge from the address registered to your account with the subject “TripNow account deletion request”. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
